Properties of the bag
The bag consists of a bending polyethylene tube, with various lengths, diameters and thicknesses, manufactured by a co-extrusion system. The bag has three layers. It is white outside and black inside, with specific functions and independent.
Technology, raw materials and specific procedures involved in the manufacturing process of our silo bags ensure uniformity of thickness guaranteeing maximum resistance and allowing more grain bagging.
Inside grain Condition
The dark and rich in carbon dioxide atmosphere inside the bag provides optimal conditions for preservation of grains.
This modified atmosphere maintains the equilibrium inside the bag preventing the growth and development of fungi and insects and precludes the increase of grain temperature, fundamental property in the conservation process.
Quality control
The Company has its own analysis laboratory of physical properties of the silo bags, such as elongation, tensile strength, tear resistance, impact resistance and other particular properties of the bags in the field.
